Orders cannot be Cancelled after Checkout.
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY RETURN THE UNUSED ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE AND WE WILL PROVIDE STORE CREDIT, MINUS OUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS.
Returns must be received unworn, unwashed and in new condition. item must be returned with original tags still attached. items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, or stains of any sort, pet hair, smoke &/or perfume smell will not be accepted.
Shoes must be returned in original box they were delivered to you in! If shoes are Returned without the original box we will not accept the return and the items will be sent back to you at your cost. Shoe boxes must be shipped in a polymailer, this means that you cannot tape the lid to the box and stick a shipping label on the shoe box itself. items returned, boxes included need to be in sellable condition
If you return an item and paid using Sezzle, considering we only issue store credit you will still need to make all 4 interest free payments to Sezzle.
Damaged/defective items must be reported within 48 hours of your items being delivered

We serve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have be worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. if the postage to return the item(s) is not paid within 5 days of receiving return, the item(s) will be donated
Please be sure to include your order number and name inside of the package
We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
Lost or stolen packages!
We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the post office to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of police report. We do offer Route insurance as an add on to your cart, it usually cost about 1% of your carts total, if you choose to purchase this insurance in the case your package gets lost or stolen, Route will refund the total value of your order!
